The rules of the road.

Green Energy Transport is a neighborhood-focused ride-dispatch service. We connect riders with approved drivers in our service area. Green Energy Transport operates the dispatch software and reviews drivers; drivers operate their own vehicles.

• You must be at least 18 years old to book a ride.
• You must provide a valid, working US mobile phone number.
• You must be in a serviceable area at the time of booking.

By submitting a booking request and checking the SMS consent box, you opt in to receive transactional SMS messages from Green Energy Transport. See the SMS Policy for what we send and how to opt out.

Fares are computed from a transparent pricing rule (base + per-minute + per-mile) that is active at the time the ride completes. The fare is locked to the ride record and is not adjusted retroactively if pricing rules later change.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe; Green Energy Transport never sees your full card number.

You can cancel a ride request before a driver is on their way without charge. Cancellations after a driver has arrived may incur a fee at Green Energy Transport's discretion.

Green Energy Transport may cancel a ride at any time for safety, fraud, or operational reasons.

By using Green Energy Transport, you agree to:

• Treat drivers with respect.
• Provide accurate pickup and drop-off addresses.
• Not use Green Energy Transport to transport illegal substances, weapons, or hazardous materials.
• Not damage a driver's vehicle. You may be charged for cleaning or repair costs.
• Comply with all applicable laws while riding.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You can open a refund request from any completed-ride receipt page. Dispatch — a real person — reviews every request and responds within the same day.

Green Energy Transport is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Energy Transport disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Green Energy Transport does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Green Energy Transport's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of Green Energy Transport is limited to the amounts you paid Green Energy Transport in the 12 months before the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to active riders by SMS or email and will take effect 30 days after notice unless a shorter period is required by law.
